3 cups cooked turkey chunks
1 small lime
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
1 cup chili sauce
2 cups chopped juicy apples
1 cup fresh or frozen corn kernels
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
limes slices
tortillas or cooked rice
1. Marinate the turkey in the juice from the lime, salt, and pepper overnight.
2. Mix the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes. Place the turkey on a broiler pan and cover with salsa. Broil on low for about 5 minutes.
3. Top with cheddar cheese and broil again until cheese melts. Serve with tortillas or rice.
