5 large sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tbsp orange juice
1/4 cup honey
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Lightly spray a 9-inch baking dish with nonfat cooking spray.
3. Arrange potato slices in bottom of dish.
4. Sprinkle with cinnamon, ginger, orange juice, and honey.
5. Bake covered, in preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, until potatoes are soft and tender.
Based on individual serving.
