RECIPE:
My Kids' Favorite Breakfast Smoothie

Put all the ingredients in your blender pitcher the night before and put in refridge. Next morning, pop it on your blender base and voila!

INGREDIENTS:
handful of white grapes
2 cups peaches
fat-free, sugar-free yogurt
1 whole banana, peeled
enough of your favorite fruit juice to make it go through a straw



DIRECTIONS:
1. Blend until it is "shake" consistency and enjoy!
