4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, rinsed and patted dry
1/2 cup apricot marmalade, or preserves
1/2 cup Russian salad dressing
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine onion soup mix, dressing, and apricot marmalade together.
2. Coat chicken breasts with apricot mixture. Bake at 325° F until chicken is thoroughly cooked; this will depend on the thickness of your chicken breasts. Easy and it tastes great!
