1. 2.0 large pitted ripe avocado
2. 1.0 cup fresh orange juice
3. 1.0 cup plain yogurt
4. 0.5 tsp Tabasco sauce
5. 0.25 tsp salt
1. In food processor or blender, blend avocados and orange juice.
2. Add yogurt, Tabasco sauce and salt, and blend until smooth.
3. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with fresh orange slices. Makes 4 servings.
