1 pound of tuna steaks
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, chopped
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
1. Preheat grill or broiler.
2. Rinse tuna steaks with water and place in a non-metal container or plastic sealable bag.
3. Mix remaining ingredients together, pour over tuna, and let marinate for 10 minutes.
4. Once grill is hot, place tuna on grill and cook for approximately 3 to 4 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Serves 4.
