1. 2.0 Anaheim chili
2. sliced in 1/2 inch strips jalapeno jack cheese
1. Heat coals or gas grill.
2. On a flat service, slice the peppers through center being careful not to slice through the bottom of the chili.
3. Once sliced, shake the chili upside down to remove seeds.
4. Stuff the peppers with strips of Jalapeno jack cheese and place on the grill rack and grill on medium heat until peppers turn light brown and cheese is melted.
