2 thinly sliced fennel bulb
3 minced clove garlic
salt
pepper
3 tbsp butter
1/2 freshly grated cup Parmesan cheese
1. Grease a 9 inch square pan.
2. Layer the fennel slices in the pan and sprinkle with the garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Drizzle the butter over the top of the fennel and sprinkle with the parmesan.
4. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
