1 pint non-fat vanilla ice cream
2 1/2 cups strawberries, hulled
1 1/2 cup non-fat milk or non-fat yogurt
1/4 cup honey
1 mint sprig
1. In blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.
2. Garnish with mint sprigs and serve immediately in tall, chilled glasses.
