1 16 oz bag frozen corn, thawed
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. butter
2 cups milk, warmed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
5 slices bread, grated into small crumbs
1. Mix all ingredients together into a glass casserole dish.
2. The bread should make the casserole semi-thick when stirring it in.
3. It tends to bake much quicker when the consistency is this way.
4. Bake at 350 for about 1-hour in a hot water bath.
5. The casserole will puff up in the middle and look golden brown when it is done.
