4 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup toasted wheat germ
1/2 cup raisins
crushed peanuts
shredded coconut
1. Soften cream cheese in microwave.
2. Add toasted wheat germ to the cream cheese and stir.
3. Chop raisins finely or mince in food processor. Add to the cream cheese mixture.
4. Form mixture into small balls and roll in crushed peanuts and/or shredded coconut. Refrigerate until firm.
SUBSTITUTION TIP: Any dried fruits such as apricots, peaches etc. can be used.
