1. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal US residents physically residing in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Sponsors, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entity involved in the development or administration of the Contest, and their immediate family members (parent, child, spouse, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win in the Contest. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning 9:00 am Eastern Time ("ET") on April 2, 2007 through 11:59 pm ET May 25, 2007 (the "Contest Period") log on to URL http://mrsfields.ivillage.com and follow the on-screen entry instructions. On the entry page, fill in all necessary fields, including personal information, cookie recipe and a short paragraph about what makes your recipe special. In total, recipe and paragraph may not exceed 500 words. Upload photo of cookie (not to exceed 500KB) on entry page. If you do not have a photo, instructions for using a default photo will be provided on the entry page. Entries must be received by 11:59pm ET May 25, 2007 to be eligible. Normal time, toll, connection and usage rates, if any, charged by your Internet service provider will apply. Limit one (1) entry per unique email address or person or household. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated or mechanical means are void. All entries become the property of the Sponsors and will not be returned.
